What is your relationship like with your colleagues and team?

I have a great relationship with my colleagues. First of all, everybody I work with is endlessly welcoming and helpful. I never have to worry about bothering somebody by asking them for help, because everybody is so willing to give it. Being on the Tax Specialist Programme, I also have my cohort who I joined with, and we have a lot of fun working, studying and revising for exams together. Colleagues on my team are supportive in helping me reach my goals in relation to the course, and more broadly willing to help teach me new things, whether this be HMRC processes, technical knowledge and skills or how to use different systems.
