What do you enjoy most about your role?

I enjoy the fact that I am helping people to sort out their taxes and take the stress away from them, especially vulnerable customers. This means I'm contributing on funding public services, by collecting taxes. Also, I like that my role doesn't involve only taking inbound calls. There is a variety of work and this keeps me motivated.
