The top people priorities in HMRC lies within our professional performance standards which are:
1) Getting things right- You have to be able to correctly apply the law, guidance and business procedures that are relevant to your role.
2) Been aware of customer situation and being responsive - You have to be able to make it as easy as possible for customers to engage with HMRC's activities and be able to communicate the right information in the right way at the right time.
3) Treating customers fairly - You have to be able to establish the facts, make and record fair, lawful and impartial decisions.
