I have not been in my current role for very long, but I've already learned a lot about my team members' skills, experience, preferences and personal attributes. As a leader and manager, this has been really valuable in helping me to organise the delivery of the team's work, engage and motivate them, make decisions that shape the way we work, and support them all as individuals to the best of my ability.
