Yes, you will keep the job after completion of the Tax Specialist Programme. If you successfully complete the programme, you will receive an automatic promotion to Grade 7 which is a senior level in HMRC. You will be required to remain in post for a minimum of 3 years. You may apply for promotion to other roles within this time.

Thank you!
Further, what are the success rates of participants in the program?

Hi Ava, the Tax Specialist Scheme has two parts - stage 1 and stage 2. For stage 1, there is a variety of work. Stage 2, you 'stream' to a specific area/role. This role you've stream to in stage 2 is the role you keep on promotion. So it is around half way into the programme that you'll know where your G7 Role will be (on completion of the programme).
