I recently completed a project to produce, publish and submit to Ministers, the Administrative Burdens Advisory Board Annual Report for 2022. This report provides a scrutiny of the experiences of UK Small Businesses when engaging with a selection of HMRC products, processes and services. Messages in the report are used to highlight what has worked well for small businesses, and also inform improvements to future ways of working for HMRC.
