What's the biggest challenge that you face in your role and how do you overcome it?

Most recently this has been helping people who had put real effort into finding their dream job only to have that role withdrawn due to the pause on recruitment come to terms with that decision. Working with them to keep their drive, energy, ambition and appetite for development alive until such roles again become available.
