Marketing and Social Media Manager
Coming from another government department, I knew my first month would involve a lot of learning and getting my head around the way things work. There wasn't a massive expectation to pick things up on day 2 - although I pretty much did get involved from the outset, as I think that's the best way to learn. My team have all been really supportive and I have learned a lot in my first month - it's been a really positive experience so far.
