My team and stakeholder engagement are the most satisfying and enjoyable parts of my day/role. A lot of the work undertaken by my team is not tangible; our work is people related so we are not producing something that can be easily measured or counted. Engagement with our wider stakeholders is crucial to understand how our messages have landed and the impact we make. I love speaking to new colleagues, finding that common ground and working together to deliver!
