In one of my previous roles I was part of a Project responsible for method of payment reform, changing the way DWP paid their benefits. Although a very challenging Project the time specifically spent with our most vulnerable customers to understand the challenges they faced during the change to identify and implement support structures to ensure they experienced a seamless and stress free transition was very rewarding.
