Most of our buildings are new Regional Centres or specialist sites so the work environment is excellent. I personally work in Worthing which is a Specialist centre that was built two years ago. It's recently been recognised for its accessibility and inclusiveness by the Construction Industry Council so the building really works for everyone. We have height adjustable desks, quiet areas, a neurodiversity room and collaboration zones all to help you work in the most efficient and effective way that suits you. There's loads of small features that make working safe and enjoyable - you wouldn't even spot many of them. Our buildings now tend to be near main trainline stations for example too.
I work in a great team too, which is diverse and respectful to each other. We work from the office and from home, although some colleagues like to work all their days in the office. We're very collaborative with regular calls each week to catch up, talk work and even what else we've been up too.
So for me it's a great team, great building and facilities and living by the coast and South downs - great view too.

I really enjoy our work environment. Our building in Worthing is almost brand new and has been well designed for our teams - it encourages collaborative working, and a friendly atmosphere. There are a mix of open meeting spaces, fully kitted out meeting rooms, private rooms and the view over the South Downs makes for an amazing backdrop! Our team is spread across the country and with hybrid working, we put lots of effort into making our meetings inclusive. We have access to a range of digital tools, so everyone is able to contribute no matter where they are based, and whether they are working from home or in an office.
