Think how you would you like to be treated and handled on a call.
What does good customer service look like? Think about when you have received good service and what they did so that you thought that it was really good.

Hi, well done in getting through to interview! My tip is to make use of the whole time you are given for your responses. Be specific with your examples, what YOU did, but don't over complicate it. We're looking to see how you have dealt with scenarios, so listen to the question, keep on track, use the STAR method, and showcase how you would be a good customer service advisor because of what you've done to help people or resolve an issue. Even if you've not worked in Customer Service before, you'll probably have examples of team work, helping someone, solving an issue or problem, from previous experiences in your life/school/teams or hobbies. Good luck!!

You may be asked to describe a time when you dealt with a difficult customer and how you overcame their objection. The best way to structure your answer in an interview is by using the STAR method:
- Situation – Briefly explain the context.
- Task – What needed to be done?
- Action – What steps did you take? Focus on this part and use phrases like “I did…” to highlight your personal contribution.
- Result – What was the outcome?
Interviewers are most interested in the Action you took, so spend more time on that section. Make sure your answer clearly shows your role and impact. Hope it helps!!
