Hi, well done in getting through to interview! My tip is to make use of the whole time you are given for your responses. Be specific with your examples, what YOU did, but don't over complicate it. We're looking to see how you have dealt with scenarios, so listen to the question, keep on track, use the STAR method, and showcase how you would be a good customer service advisor because of what you've done to help people or resolve an issue. Even if you've not worked in Customer Service before, you'll probably have examples of team work, helping someone, solving an issue or problem, from previous experiences in your life/school/teams or hobbies.
