Lead Business Manager
Good question... I joined in the last century, so it was a long time ago now - but I still remember some of the questions and who interviewed me. So if I think back to this role I'm in now I think I'd like to have understood my career path better, what are the opportunities for learning and progression. Looking back two years - I thought I knew, I assumed based on previous experience but it hasn't worked out that way. Professions are so important they give you that path way - so I'd want to know now where does the vacancy holder see the role progressing - what's does the future look like. I hope that helps.
